Phone problems continue...

Up-date Monday 28th October. So on Friday we had an 'up-grade' to our phone service, the result of which we have lost our main phone line! We have been advised by the telephone engineer today, that this is likely to remain the case until at least Wednesday 30th.

We are trying to manage the situation as best we can, with call diversions to mobiles where we can, but please bear with us as things are less than idea.
