  • Our Solicitor has advised that we need to instruct a Surveyor who can provide a CPR Part 35 Report about Housing Disrepairs.
     

  • During some building work and dispute has arisen about the quality of the work completed and that it has taken longer than expected, the other party have sent to us their expert's report outlining the issues.

  • We bought our house recently, but we've found some issues that were not mentioned in another Surveyor's report, but they are saying they didn't miss anything.
