Land Registry Plans
This is primarily where we prepare Land Registry Compliant Plans for Transfer of Land (eg. TR1 or TP1); and Determined Boundary Applications (DB); and First Registrations (FR1); but also we can assist with understanding existing plans and assessing errors or conflicts in Registered Plans. We are conversant with HMLR Practice Notes and Guide PG40
​​​​​This is overseen by Mark Pearce, who is a Chartered Surveyor, an experienced Party Wall Surveyor, a trained Mediator, and qualified Expert Witness.
