Its not always about 'what' we do, we know the technicalities inside-out, back-to-front, and up-side-down (and some other Surveyors probably also know that).... but it is 'how' we approach every single instruction that results in satisfied clients, resolution of disputes (or better still, avoidance if called-in soon enough), and either way the 5* reviews we receive.

Much or our work is about dispute avoidance or alternative dispute resolution, and so in a boundary disagreement between neighbours by listening to the person as much as 'measuring the garden', as much as 'reading the documents', and as much as 'writing the report'; we can reassure and make clear the strengths and weaknesses of the situation from the surveying evidence.
