Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to market our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   We may further store the data on our office computers and business tools, in both the physical officer location and cloud-based services through cloud server providers.  All data is behind multi-layered password protection and firewalls. 

How do you communicate with your site visitors?

We may contact you to provide you with the information that you have requested or in the provision of the services that you have instructed us on.  We may also contact you to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.  For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, web-based forums and chat rooms (such as, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Rooms and/or Zoom), and postal mail.

Where does your website link to?

From within our website, we may offer links and connections to other websites that we consider may be useful to you.  We make it clear if there is an external link by using an icon that uses their logo or we display the website name.  By following or clicking the links you will will then be subjected to the privacy policies of those external sites which are outside of our control.  Only follow links if you are happy to do so.
