"My name is Mark Pearce, and I have been a Surveyor for over 25 years, I established PBSC - Chartered Surveyors in 2003.


I believe that Clients should be offered the best Surveying advice through clear and detailed reports and documents. The services should be provided in a timely manner and for a fee that fairly reflects the professional work involved and the experience that is needed for the task at hand.  Clients should always be given a clearly written quotation setting-out what is included in the costs, and wherever possible the fees should be quoted on a fixed basis.
