Our core range of professional services have evolved to provide the essentials for

and experience that we have, building-up a long term relationship with us from when
they bought their home ...when we provided a building survey report... perhaps a
particular aspect that needed specific attention by a detailed defect investigation...
and the all important practical solution that we were able to give.
The inevitable
desire often follows to enhance the property by extending & improving... where we
provide design drawings... and detailed plans...; these will have needed a measured
building survey..., perhaps a level survey... and for larger schemes a measured land
survey...; and then before starting on site the need to meet the obligations of the
Party Wall etc Act 1996...
