If you are intending to undertake relevant Building Work on your Property: then you are known as the "Building Owner".
The Party Wall etc Act 1996 ("the Act") might encompass more aspects of building work than you might have expected, obviously there is the 'party wall' bit in the title, but what about the 'etc' : that also covers so much more:
You must find out whether the work that you are intending to undertake falls within the Act. If it does, you must notify the Adjoining Owners.
At PBSC we can have a brief review of your proposals, without obligation, and explain to you what aspects (if any) will require Notices to be sent to the Adjoining Owners; initially we will need a full set of proposal drawings from you. If PBSC prepared your Planning or Building Regulation Drawings for you then we will automatically provide this information to you.
