Level 3 (top) - The Full Building Survey

This Report will provide the Surveyor’s findings of the Inspection and opinion of those matters applicable to the property that are relevant to the purchase considerations.  Where they are present, the Surveyor will inspect and report on the following:

The Site Overview (e.g. fences, boundary walls, paths, drives, car parking areas, paved areas, site drainage)

Permanent Outbuildings (e.g. garages)

Drains (e.g. inspection chambers, drains, septic tanks, cesspools, soil pipes, waste pipes)

Building Exterior (e.g. chimneys, flashings, roofs, rainwater, joinery & metalwork, main walls, glazing, damp-proof courses, sub-floor ventilation, foundations (without excavation))

Building Interior (e.g. roof voids, ceilings, walls, partitions, floors, windows, doors, joinery, fixtures & fittings, insulation, dampness & decay, decorations)

Services Overveiw  (e.g. electrical installation: lighting, meters, main switches, fuses; plumbing installation: cold water supplies, means of heating water and the rooms, water storage tanks, sanitary fittings).
